Gokuldham Haveli Namaste 2025 Terms and Conditions

Registration fees:

• Upon completion of this form, you will be charged as follows:
• Solo performance: $15 + Processing charges
• Group performance: $15 + $5/each person + Processing charges
• If you are not selected for the show, the money will be refunded to you, minus the processing fees.

Auditions (November 23, 2024 and December 7, 2024):

• All performers must be present on the selected audition date. If all registered performers are not present, the group will not be allowed to audition.
• Zoom call audition or a previously shot video of any performance will not be accepted. Unless you have an extreme emergency that has been appropriately communicated with the Namaste Team, your registration will be voided.
• There will be limited spots open for the Namaste 2024 show. Those that are not selected past the audition process will get a refund on the registration fee, minus the processing fee.
• Failure to show up on audition day will result in the registration being canceled, and fees will be refunded, minus the processing fee.

Music

• The music cannot be more than 3:00 minutes long.
• The format submitted must be in .MP3 file.
• If your song is longer than 3 minutes, you will need to give us the shortened version 2 days before the audition.
• If we have multiple performers with the same song, the first to submit that song will get to keep it, and anyone after will have to change their song.
• Failure to provide music, whether it be because someone else has the same song or your initial submission was too long, you will be taken out of the show, and your registration fees will be refunded minus the processing fees.

Dressing/Costume:

• A dress/stage rehearsal will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, 10:30 AM onwards, so you can be sure that you can perform in that costume. On the day, please come dressed in your designated performance costume.
• Please be sure that the costume is mandir-appropriate. If it is not up to standards, Gokuldham’s Namaste team holds the right to ask you to change the costume for the performance to a much more appropriate option.
• Failure to cooperate with this will lead to the cancellation of your spot in the show, and registration fees will be refunded, minus the processing fee.
• Dress/stage rehearsal are mandatory for all participants. Failure to attend the scheduled dress/stage rehearsal will result in the cancellation of your performance.

Media Release:

Upon hitting submit, you are allowing Gokuldham to release photos, videos, live, on all platforms available, i.e., social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.), Live streaming (YouTube live, Facebook Live, and Instagram live), Newspaper articles, online blog, websites, and so on so forth.

Upon hitting submit, I confirm that I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above and will abide by the rules set forth by Gokuldham’s Namaste event team.
